The best time to introduce Tandem to your project; we can assess design concepts and resolve ambiguity on cost, buildability, technical specification and finding the best route to manufacture. This means that our clients can make decisions with confidence and clarity, avoiding nasty last-minute surprises or the delays that can commonly occur at the late stages of a project.
From there, we are also equipped to provide full technical drawings that can be issued to tender or for manufacture, ensuring that the design intent is protected from mis-interpretation later down the line.

Tandem can provide continuous support throughout the delivery of the project, co-ordinating trades and specialists, materials and interfaces and providing a single-source package from which everyone works from. We are also able to provide complete procurement and delivery services, giving you the confidence that your design is in good hands.

We will remain with the project right through installation and handover, ensuring any issues are resolved as they appear and everything is thoroughly inspected and tested before it reaches the client. We will collate and provide full reports, documentation and O&M manuals for each piece we deliver, removing the administrative burden of chasing multiple subcontractors at the end of a project.
